At Lokxiv, all products are made-to-order and customized, created specifically after a customer places an order. Because of this, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
- All products are custom-made/on-demand
- Refunds and returns are not allowed once the order is placed
- Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after processing
By placing an order on Lokxiv, you agree to this No Refund Policy.
2. Replacement Policy (Size Adjustment Only)
We only offer replacement in case of size-related issues.
Eligible Case:
- If the product size does not fit properly
What We Do:
- The product will not be refunded
- The same product will be adjusted/resized
- After adjustment, the item will be sent back to you
3. Conditions for Replacement
To qualify for a size replacement:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
- Only size adjustment is allowed (no product/design change)
4. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:

- Our support team will review your request
- Once approved:
- The product will be collected (if applicable)
- Size will be adjusted
- Product will be shipped back to you
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The issue is not related to size
- The customer requests a different product or design change
6. Shipping & Charges
- Customers may be required to pay shipping charges (if applicable)
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on location
7. Important Notes
- All products are custom-made, so slight variations may occur
- We do not accept returns for refund
- Only size correction/replacement is supported
- This policy applies to both Prepaid and Cash-on-Delivery orders
